The 30 / 60 minute walk starts the moment your dog(s) and I step outside, and does not include the time taken to collect your pet(s). 

Your pet(s) will also be cleaned / dried where applicable after they've been walked for the time as specified. The water bowl will also be changed for those pooches that want a nice refreshing drink after their walk!
